A learning and development specailist
I am a learning and development specialist, with a background primarily within the humanitarian sector. My experience spans the full learning cycle, and revolves around supporting individuals, teams and organisations to identify and fulfil their learning needs.
I have worked in programmes teams and support functions, as a team member, manager, leader and consultant. I understand the specificities and complexities of the humanitarian sector, and the unique pressures felt by those working within it. I have worked alongside a range of technical sectors, in inter-agency groups and networks, and in various global contexts.
